第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)無線電設(shè)備使用管理的通告

NOTICE ON RADIO EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

The Sixth World Internet Conference

Released on October 8, 2019

為保障第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)籌備和舉辦期間各類無線電頻率有序使用，無線電臺(tái)(站)、設(shè)備正常工作，最大限度地預(yù)防和減少有害無線電干擾，現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通告如下：

In order to ensure the orderly use of radio frequencies and the proper operation of radio stations and equipment to minimize disruptive radio interference before and during the Sixth World Internet Conference, it is hereby notified that:

一、第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)籌備和舉辦期間，在會(huì)議活動(dòng)場館及特定區(qū)域內(nèi)使用列入無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備限制使用清單的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備的組織或者個(gè)人,應(yīng)向大會(huì)組委會(huì)信息化工作部提出無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備使用申報(bào)。

1. Before and during the Sixth World Internet Conference, any individual or organization that needs to use radio transmitting equipment specified on the Restricted List in the conference venues or designated areas must apply to the Information Work Team of the Conference Committee.

對(duì)已經(jīng)取得行政許可的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備，信息化工作部可以根據(jù)管理需要臨時(shí)限制或調(diào)整無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備的工作頻率或其它技術(shù)參數(shù)。

The Information Work Team may, when necessary, temporarily restrict or adjust the working frequency or other technical parameters of radio transmitting equipment with administrative approval.

對(duì)使用法律法規(guī)規(guī)定需要取得行政許可的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備的組織或者個(gè)人，可向信息化工作部申報(bào)，信息化工作部協(xié)助統(tǒng)一向省經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化廳辦理審批手續(xù)。

Any individual or organization using radio transmitting equipment which requires administrative approval according to laws and regulations shall submit application to the Information Work Team. The Team will collect and submit the applications to Zhejiang Economy and Information Technology Department for approval.

對(duì)法律法規(guī)規(guī)定不需要取得行政許可的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備，信息化工作部基于防范發(fā)生互相干擾的目的對(duì)此類設(shè)備的使用頻率等進(jìn)行管理。

The Information Work Team will manage the operating frequencies of radio transmitting equipment of which administrative approval is not required according to laws and regulations to prevent mutual interference.

二、上述無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備進(jìn)入會(huì)議活動(dòng)場館及特定區(qū)域內(nèi)投入使用前，應(yīng)送至信息化工作部指定的無線電業(yè)務(wù)辦理地點(diǎn)接受現(xiàn)場檢測。對(duì)于不便搬移的無線電臺(tái)(站)、無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備，可以預(yù)約上門檢測。經(jīng)檢測合格后，由信息化工作部粘貼“無線電設(shè)備準(zhǔn)入”專用標(biāo)簽。無線電臺(tái)(站)、無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備只能在專用標(biāo)簽所規(guī)定的時(shí)間、區(qū)域和技術(shù)指標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)操作使用。未粘貼“無線電設(shè)備準(zhǔn)入”專用標(biāo)簽的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備，不得進(jìn)入會(huì)議活動(dòng)場館及指定區(qū)域內(nèi)。

Radio transmitting equipment shall, prior to be used in conference venues and designated areas, be subject to testing at the Radio Service Center assigned by the Information Work Team. For clumsy radio transmitting equipment or stations, appointment for on-the-spot testing could be arranged. The Information Work Team will label the equipment that passes testing with Radio Equipment Access. Radio transmitting equipment and stations can only operate in areas, time and technical range specified on the Access. Radio transmitting equipment without the Access shall not enter the conference venues and designated areas.

三、在會(huì)議活動(dòng)場館及特定區(qū)域內(nèi)使用接入中國內(nèi)地公眾移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的手機(jī)和無線上網(wǎng)卡、藍(lán)牙耳機(jī)、具有Wifi功能的筆記本電腦和平板電腦、汽車無線遙控鑰匙和照相機(jī)的無線遙控裝置等常規(guī)無線電設(shè)備，無需提出申報(bào)，無需粘貼“無線電設(shè)備準(zhǔn)入”專用標(biāo)簽。

Neither application nor Radio Equipment Access is required of mobile phones with access to mainland China public mobile network, wireless Internet cards, Bluetooth headsets, laptops and tablet PCs with built-in Wi-Fi, automobile remote keys, wireless camera shutter release, and other regular radio devices in the conference venues and designated areas.

四、擬在第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)籌備和舉辦期間臨時(shí)入境，進(jìn)入會(huì)議活動(dòng)場館及指定區(qū)域內(nèi)使用且法律法規(guī)規(guī)定需要辦理進(jìn)關(guān)審批的無線電發(fā)射設(shè)備，請(qǐng)到浙江省經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化廳辦理進(jìn)關(guān)批件，并按照海關(guān)相關(guān)規(guī)定復(fù)運(yùn)出境。

For the temporary entry of radio transmitting equipment before and during the Conference to be used in the conference venues and designated areas, applications for customs clearance shall be submitted to Zhejiang Economy and Information Technology Department and the equipment shall exit the country according to relevant customs regulations.

五、本通告內(nèi)容自發(fā)布之日起施行，第六屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)結(jié)束后自行終止。

This Notice shall take effect on the day of release and expire when the Sixth World Internet Conference is concluded.

六、世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)無線電業(yè)務(wù)辦理點(diǎn)：

The Radio Service Center of the World Internet Conference can be found at either of the following two locations:

（1）浙江省嘉興桐鄉(xiāng)市烏鎮(zhèn)環(huán)河路38號(hào)123主題酒店一樓大廳（10月17-10月22日）；
